To protect ourselves from fraudulent orders we are unable to automatically accept your on-line orders if you place your order outside the US or Canada.  You may receive a "DECLINED" message after placing your order.  However, we still receive your order, and there is no need to re-submit it.  We will enter your order manually if we consider it legitimate (most foreign orders pass without problems). You will receive an order acceptance e-mail, usually within 24 hours.

International Shipping Charges

Like most shopping cart system, we are unable to determine international shipping charges at the time the order is placed. International shipping charges depend on weight, size of the package and the destination.  International shipping charges are added to the order manually.  PLEASE CHECK THE TABLES BELOW TO ESTIMATE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR YOUR DESTINATION.  

USPS Express Mail

The most economical shipping service we offer is US Global Express Service.  In most cases it is 20-50% cheaper than UPS Worldwide Expedited, very reliable, and the delivery time is 4-7 days.  Tracking is offered (but not as good as UPS Worldwide), Customer Service is only in the US.  Problems with lost or stolen packages can take 30-45 days to solve. Packages are insured for $100.

Duty and Taxes

All international customers are responsible for duty and taxes.  These charges are NOT included in our product costs or shipping charges, and sometimes it is difficult to determine why additional payment has to be made before the package can be accepted.  Duties and taxes (VAT, etc.) differ from country to country.
