If you decide to join our auto-shipping program, you agree to receive periodic shipments
from us and you agree that we charge your credit
card you are using to-day. In return, you will enjoy a 20% discount on your
current and future orders.
STEP
2
In the "Other Information" section of the order form let us
know
(1) which product;
(2) how many bottles and
(3) how often
you wish to receive these products (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months).
PLEASE NOTE: if you do not include this information, then we
will ship the same order every two months.
When
we receive your order form, we will ship your initial order
immediately (with 20% discount) and we will automatically ship your repeat order
as often as you have indicated on the form. Of course you can
change your schedule at any time by calling (800) 998-8813 or by
sending an email to service@kalahealth.com
